I have had a few problems, these problems are being dealt with. If running other apps along with this one the app crashes. If you don’t receive packages purchased, then you have to go through apple. This game is buggie

I’ve downloaded this app a few times after intervals of a few months, and every time it tells me that the app doesn’t support my device. I’ve checked the compatibility every time and the App Store tells me that this app does indeed support my device, but I still can’t use it when I open it. What’s the deal with that? ?

Hi,play this game to some months already but to 2weeks already the game crush each time i try to open it.Wrote to the support team but everyone ignore totally.Is not fair because i worked hard to be the level i was and to 2weeks to not be able to connect anymore and lose all.

UPDATE... they sent an email apologizing telling me to re-send my problem and they would fix it....I did and.... NOTHING..I am being ignored again. ? The Facebook page is full of people with problems and they just all get ignored. I have had an issue since January and they said they would fix it and then stopped responding like they all died. (Maybe they all did)I have never been ignored this much and for this long from a business. Don’t give them your $$$ they will ghost you like you are dating and they want to break up but won’t tell you. ?
Fun but very glitchy

I want to play this game but it’s so glitchy. Every time I play, I have to restart when I try and buy things from other people’s beautiques. One of my vendors didn’t read that I had a certain item so I had to cancel that order and wait for another. It’s tiny things that keep making the game unenjoyable on top of new items taking longer to produce.
Money taken but no diamonds

I've been playing this game for probably 2 months and liked it, I've bought diamonds a handful of times but today I bought a $10 pack and it gave me diamonds and then took all my coins and most of the diamonds I just bought!!
