Tech support ignores everyone – My Spa Resort Review

UPDATE... they sent an email apologizing telling me to re-send my problem and they would fix it....I did and.... NOTHING..I am being ignored again. ? The Facebook page is full of people with problems and they just all get ignored. I have had an issue since January and they said they would fix it and then stopped responding like they all died. (Maybe they all did)I have never been ignored this much and for this long from a business. Don’t give them your $$$ they will ghost you like you are dating and they want to break up but won’t tell you. ?
