I have been playing this game since before the recent update & I loved it. Then they updated it & I tried to enjoy it but you aren’t able to put multiple clients in waiting anymore, so you get to treat less clients, which makes you get less money & now I have multiple things I can’t buy cause I don’t have all day to sit on this game. I liked the old version better and for that, I’m out.
Takes forever unless you spend money

Like the title it takes forever to make the items and the cost for each new item you level up is unrealistic

Some time issues have been fixed but in a way it’s no better than it was. Less coins for hours of making products. Don’t even get me started on special events. They will break your game earnings before you gain the perks....unless you play constantly and use a credit card. Some of the tasks are literally unable to be done. How can I remove an “obstacle” when they are all gone? They don’t grow back, so probably spent100 gems or more skipping irritating requests like that. I feel like the whole game is a catch 22 on progression. Probably won’t be going much further with this one... currently level 40 and I’m over it. Would love to give 5 stars because there is great potential.

I’ve been playing this game for weeks and I have really enjoyed it but I did not like the update plus you have to tap on the screen a dozen times and my iPad is not old I got it 5 months ago and still I know it is not my iPad but overall it is amazing so I gave it a 4 star

I see by the reviews in the past I am not the first one to say something like this but it seems you are very willing to say thank you we will pass on to developers. It take entirely way to long to make the products, grow the supplies needed, and build the buildings. Then premium clients are not there long enough for you to get the required products. It is way to expensive in coins to play this game and that doesn’t count the gems needed. You literally have to be in the game to make money, who has that amount of time, people work and have responsibilities, and a life. This game could be so much fun but it seems you are not even listening to your players, every complaint in the reviews are still continuing to happen, are you all even listening and trying to correct these issues. Them you play and play and the game kicks you out and you loose the progress you made, come on!!! Each new level requires a lot of coins and there is no way to make those unless you pay for them, this is supposed to be fun and it appears that the game is not meant for fun but only for your profit. So disappointing. Please don’t say contact support through the game, I have done that and have yet to get a response from over 7 days ago!

I absolutely enjoy the game, but unfortunately my VIPs constantly “freeze”. They are sitting there but I cannot click on them.
