Enhancements are detracting from the game

The concierge delivery of enhancements was a good idea, however they take too long to arrive to serve a premium guest. Also, the number of enhancements needed have increased and the 2nd tier enhancements now require double the gems to acquire, making it impossible to serve premium clients without spending a lot of days saving up a lot of all varieties of enhancements first per client or spending a ton of gems. Also when will the ‘coming soon’ options be released? They’ve all been pending for several months...
Bugs that cause you to lose gems

The game was fun until the bugs started to come out. Several crashes and then you would press to do something and instead the game would take you somewhere else and you would exit that area only to find that you lost a gem! Rather discouraging game after you lose 5 gems just from trying to exit from a screen that you didn’t even click on! Super discourage after spending so long saving up gems to unlock something
Money Hungry Developers

The game itself is fine, but with each upgrade the developers show exactly how money hungry they are by doubling the amount of diamonds needed to purchase items to treat premium guests. The concierge service is a joke - you only get one enhancement every 4 hours. I still play but mostly ignore the premium clients as I refuse to spend actual money on this game.

Fun game but very time consuming

Agree everything with the 1st reviewer. It’s a great fun game but it is a lot of time consuming. I usually spend about 20 mins on the app at most. But sometimes I just go on the app for 5 mins to collect coins so that I can build another production. Leave the app and come back about 5-10 mins and again, collect more coins so I can build new productions. I also notice something in my “beauty shop”. When I collect coins from the product I sold, it doesn’t add up to my coins. Maybe it’s a bug fix but hopefully you guys can fixed that. Looking forward to improvements in the future.

I do love this game, however, it takes way to long to level up and that is disappointing.

It’s a great game. My only concern is that I’ve lost 60 gems because of accidentally adding slots on some of the treatment stations. It would be better to have a notification asking if we’re sure we want to purchase rather than it being automatic.
