Poor login experience/ Step up doesn’t work

The login experience is most bewildering with one pass needed for something’s and having to connect to a Singtel network for others. I was regularly using the app to sync step data, but for the last 2 weeks (and even after updating and even reinstalling the app) step up doesn’t sync saying not connected to Singtel network when I very much am Not sure if the developers even read the feedback, but posting if they do.
Broken app and awful company

- Chat has stopped working - Bill PDF won’t load anymore - Random extra charges aka “a promo expired” - Random roaming charges with roaming fully disabled - Cannot change or cancel my plan via the app and as I’ve mentioned the chat is broken - No notifications that a supposed “promo” has expired and they’ll start charging your for stupid items like Called ID, Voice Mail, AutoRoam etc - Not possible to pay a bill with Apple Pay but only via some semi-broken payment service

This version seems to introduce bugs. Now I can only see my monthly data usage while call time and SMS count have suddenly disappeared.

The App is useless if it has the facility for someone at Singtel to call you back yet it never happens

Horribly designed app with dual login methods requiring a different type of login for different features. Many require singtel’s awful OnePass ID which is another epic fail in and of itself.
Voicemail mess

I have had my phone for 3 weeks and still no voicemail despite multiple attempts. The app doesn’t help and it takes hours to get a reply.
