Chat notification not working

I stopped getting notifications for chats several updates ago, so I now have a bunch of customer service chats that ended halfway because I didn’t realise they posted a response until 30 min later. I realise they have KPIs to meet, but this is ridiculous

Great for managing my account

Found this very useful to manage my account especially for overseas travel when switching on roaming. Pitfalls are only being able to pay bills up to $1000 (not a problem for the average user I Guess) and the address update doesn't seem to work as well as remembering the credit card paid from. Overall really useful.

This is a nice, well designed, easy to use app. 10/10 to Singtel. However, I question the underlying data. Today, I signed up for a DataRoam Saver 100Mb plan in Australia/Optus. Within 4 mins of activating the in-app Data Roaming function (via a wifi connection), I got a warning message to say I had used 69.2MB’s of my plan — all while connected to the wifi! Also, the roaming plan rolls-over automatically…but it would be better to enable this only as an option…otherwise you spend all your time constantly checking your usage so you can off roaming when you reach 99Mb!
