I’ve been playing this game going on three years now. I had an account that completely got restarted and I lost all my Pokémon and VIP status. I had super rare Pokémon and was a level 13 VIP. But I still didn’t give up on the game. I restarted and gained back some of what I lost through hours of game play. Eventually I also brought my VIP status up to 9 but now when I try to get my rewards from completing missions it shows no reward and freezes on me. For all the time and money I’ve invested all I want is for the game to actually work and to get what I’ve earned. This game really needs to be fixed nd modified to please those people who invest money and time Into it before they all start leaving and finding other games

Can not complete my “adventure” missions. When I hit to complete them the game pretty much gets stuck on the Tap To Claim screen, which there is nothing to claim by the way so the game doesnt move forward. Really annoying ?. That one major issue is enough to make me want to quit the game alone. Seeing as to I cant really move forward in the missions area.

I spent over $100 making it to level 69. I woke up today and had to start over. After multiple tries reaching support there has not been a response! Do not do business with this company. Run away. As fast as possible

Game will not go past the loading screen I tried deleting it and redownloading but it still does it can you fix bug

The game is amazingly fun but for months now I can’t enter the portal to use my tickets to get Pokémon uninstalling and reinstalling the game/app but nothing works please fix this

I’m trying to ply the games and can’t get past the loading screen I haven’t even started the basic play just the main screen then it stops loading at 99% and doesn’t move from there I’ve let it sit on the screen for over 10 minutes and it still wouldn’t load. Fix the bug

Been having problems logging in everytime there’s an update. When I reach out for help, they just ignore it. Waste of my money to invest in this game. Not only do I not get compensated for the days I missed, I also lost out on vip diamonds that I’m suppose to collect daily.
