Won’t let me play and I just downloaded for the first time

I am using a brand new iPhone XR opening screen says start and won’t start I was excited for a Pokémon game for my phone however guess I won’t play since your app is not working me from the very beginning I’ll try to delete and redo it but I have a lot of doubts about it

This app does not work. I get a start button to click on but nothing happens. Just a click sound.

This game is horrible. You can barely use chat because the game is so messed up that that text almost isn’t readable. Everything is too expensive. For example, paying 280 diamonds to spin the capsule toy thing to get absolute garbage and paying $5 for 380 diamonds which you can waste in about a minute. Leveling up your Pokémon take so many coins that you can easily waste 200 diamonds on fortune cat trying to get 1 level higher at 80+. You make it to where you are almost forced to buy diamonds to progress further in the game so y’all can make more money for a game that is so terrible that all of the developers need to actually learn how to make a game work properly. Not to mention that you’ve CHANGED the game 4 TIMES.

Here’s why; my dad recommended this game to me, and I started playing it. I liked it, it was going well. I had it for a few months, and one day, I got on, I evolved Bulbasaur, and Metapod. I was trying to level up my Charmelion, ( srry if I spelled it wrong ) and I left for a few mins. My phone auto-locked, and when I came back, it had logged me out, and I lost EVERYTHING! My dad tried for an hour to get me back my account, and NOTHING. Please give me back my account! I might play it more often! Edit: I saw reviews that said similar things. I do believe that I will delete this game, because that happened at the beginning of 2019, possibly the end of 2018. I am still VERY upset. I got super far, I’m still in my like ACTUAL ACCOUNT ( my account I use to log in ) but I lost my Pokémon, my username, EVERYTHING!! I am very upset. Please fix it. Please give me my account and Pokémon back. I’ll give it three stars if you do, and 5 stars if it doesn’t happen again.

I’ve been playing for about a year now and minus a bug or two every now and again it’s pretty awesome. It’s not totally necessary to purchase anything to be good but it definitely turns the tide in your favor. Weekly challenges and events keep it fresh and fun to play. Overall very impressive game!

Screen for the IPhone XR

Not sure if it’s fixed yet but with the iPhone XR when playing the screen and some actions are covered by the camera lens and speaker. It’s not game breaking and if you rotate your screen it’ll format to the correct size. However it’s something that could be worked on. It’s a fun game to play when you have down time.

Game says to update, but there is. I update. Been like this for a week. Tried contacting you on fb but they said send a report in game which I can't do cuz I can't get on

I saw this game on Facebook so I thought it would be good but when I downloaded the game it kept saying network error but my network is working perfectly fine please help I really want to play this game

I like the game but whenever I do the story, the characters lines mess up like whenever I beat one of my friends he says something in really small text saying another persons line! And I spent 6$ on this game! Can you fix this? (No I do not want a refund I’m still playing)
