Another long time player

Recently been experiencing bugs where I can’t upgrade my teams technology (strengthens team for those who don’t play) I can’t shiny exchange my genesect which is highly upsetting as well. I’m VIP 13 and have spent hundreds of dollars. Debating deleting the game because it seems like they are letting the bugs get worse and worse as they make more money. I’m almost max level which has always been my goal, but due to recent complications and ability to complete actions. I really enjoy playing, I just wish they would maybe have a game tester, or somebody to give them feedback on what needs updated because for me I’ve been seeing more troubles as time goes on. And don’t get me wrong, it could just be because of my long time of playing. It’s possible I’m seeing all of this because I’m getting more in depth to the game, I’m not sure. But it’s worth getting ESPECIALLY if you don’t plan on spending any money on it(:

I enjoy the game, Lvl 77, but i always have this problem that I can only do something and then I Automatically get kicked out of the game, the game closes itself on me. I want to know how i can stop that! Please, Its annoying.

Soooooo this game is the same thing as Another one...by the same people whatever whatever idc about that...but I spent 180$ on that account and I want it back...the game got taken down for..reasons *copywrite* cough.... UPDATE——— Soooo I spent a lot more andddd please explain to me why every time I go to load the game it always says “network error tap to refresh” Annddddd I can load anything else so why not this game??? Hmmmmmm respond soon plz

As fun as this game used to be. I spent a lot of time and money and genuinely had fun. Now I cant even sign on or anything, game is stuck loading up “game resources” yet ive let it sit for over 30 and stays at 99%. If theres a fix please let me know. Update. Still havent been able to hop on the game, havent been contacted at all. This game is garbage, for all the people playing it, dont spend money because they will take it but not help you when theres a problem. I wish they could at least fix the game or give the money back but nope, they dont do anything. Complete garbage people running the game.

Ok. I’m 11. This game is 12+, so I’m not supposed to be playing this. I thought “Hey, my birthday is in a week so I should be fine. I’m so sorry once again. Crap game though!

I might play more of it wasn’t such a pay to win kind of game. Also anytime I play the gem wheel every time all I get is the 520 reward so why would I feel more inclined to put more money into it to just win nothing.
