yesterday a purchase from within the game and they charged me twice for the product. It is reflected in my bank statement but not my Apple statement, I need a refund please.

I absolutely love this game. Straight up

I get to the start menu, I guess it is, I press the start button, then the blue bar pops up, the same one that pops up before the start menu, saying loading some type of stuff to the game, after that the blue bar fills quickly to 99% then stops at 99% and hangs and never loads me into the game, so I can’t play... will give a better star rating and review once I’m able to play the game, for now, it just looks good, like a fun game... to be seen

I saw some screenshots of this game and I thought it looked really fun, but when I downloaded it and tried to play it, it got stuck on a loading screen. And it does that any time I open the app, I’ve tried restarting my phone, redownloading the app, everything, and nothing has worked

Game keeps crashing for me the game is awesome and very fun people just judge it to harshly. I can play for maybe 5 minutes just to get stopped by the game closing please help me.

I’ve had this app for over a year and have put a lot of money into it (vip 12 or 13). After updating it, I see that my account is gone and entering in past information isn’t bringing my account back. I graciously give it 2 stars instead of 1 because it was one of the best apps I’ve ever had. I just wish I could either get my account or my money back.
