Too many bugs, Gameloft do something about it

This game is nice & fun, but I have been stuck on the "Countess Coloratura" quest for a while now, & the "glasses tokens" that you need to collect to purchase Svengallup has reset 3 times now & I've lost all the "glasses tokens" needed, I haven't gotten past 20 tokens of the 75 needed each time it has reset. I have not purchased anything that requires that type of token, I don't even know if anything else requires that token. Not to mention all the times that certain things offer to have you watch an ad video to receive a free "something" (i.e.: upgrade for better reward for completing a quest, access to upgrade for mini game or minecart game...) & get through watching the ad, then the app will sit there like you haven't chosen an option yet & take away the options to watch an ad for the upgrade, fortunately they did compensate for a few of those & gave back the free upgrade... though needless to say I am very irked at these "malfunctions". These problems need to be fixed. Update: the tokens have reset yet again for a 4th time. I am fed up with this. Also if there is a certain time limit to collect these tokens to purchase the pony then I have yet to find where it says that. This is ridiculous.

I have been playing this game with my son for about 6 or 7 years now, with a little break in between here and there. Over the time we have played the I must say the prices of most everything or the ability to get ponies has become quite difficult. The wait times are excessive. I used to think nothing of spending some money here or there to get some gems but now it seems to have gone too far. The time frames for completing events to get rewards are also too short. I work and my kids go to school like most people and there’s not really a way to collect or win anything when not really devoting your time to it. We have loved this game for years. I understand consumerism but just because you can does not mean you should. My four year would like to play but she gives up because it is to difficult to get anywhere for her. My son used to get so much joy just from the simple ball bounce game and the others. I would really like to not have to abandon this game. And I will agree that accidentally spending gems is a real problem. Please add a confirmation block.

For the ponies mini game, you have changed the price for the ball, star, and apple picking games. It is very fun that you can win rewards, but I find myself not playing the games anymore because it’s too overpriced. 12,000 for one ball game?! Come on, we spend money for more space, ponies, shops and missions so we don't have enough for the fun mini games. They are enjoyable to play, so please change this and i’m sure people will rate it 5 stars.

I love this game so mush butt one thing actually a couple. So, I was sitting ther minding my own business ? playing the crystal mine game when LO AND BEHLOD I won a pony.i was like OOOOOOOOH YEA so I went to put it out with my other pony’s when what do I see ITS NOT THERE ? I was like ? so where is my pony I WANT MY PONY Also I think you need more stations like there’s only a few. Also also THINS ARE SOOOOOO EXPENSIVE bro how just how I’m Broke plz fix it Ps I STILL WANT MY PONY
