I am such an amazing fan here is my complaint about the game in the crystal mine I don’t like when you have to pay more gems when stop like it starts at one gem(s)and then goes to two gems and then goes to four gems but over all it is a great game

This game got repetitive way too quick. I don’t want to ply mini games all of the time only to earn a little bit of money, then for it to disappear really quick. Rocks, rubble, and garbage reappeared on my map after I removed everything with hard earned money just for it to come right back. Then you shove events down our throats, one right after the other. And if we aren’t absolutely adamant/stuck on the game, we miss out. Unless we give you money. No thank you. You had potential, but of course, greed always takes over. Deleted and not coming back :)
Reflections Event Update

This game is absolutely amazing, but in recent weeks, I believe the game is not updating. I know there’s a new Reflections event, which I was really looking forward to having read the comics. However, it never loaded on my game. My magic coins have not been redeemed for gems, nor have I received 30 gems from the community event for Fake It ‘Till You Make It. It seems that my game is not updating. I even tried deleting and reinstalling, but my game is still stuck. I would really appreciate any help, as the game is wonderful and I was looking forward to the event. (PS, I actually am getting the rainbow hills that give sapphires and bits, but the rest of the event still hasn’t started)

User code: 062c10 The game is really fun and I’ve played it multiple years (I’ll skip a few months and then another few months that’s all I would care about) and something that has not once but multiple times happened to me is that either I, or my younger siblings would press accidentally on to an expansion area or a skip time button and then in the worst case spend diamonds you didn’t want to spend. The main reason I’m writing this is that a few days back I started earning diamonds for the construction bundle (300 diamonds cost) and I was already 114 diamonds in when this morning while collecting bits from the shops I bought an expansion for 104 diamonds, area which I didn’t want to expand(accidental press). And now, you may be thinking I should just buy with real money some diamonds right? Well, no, I can’t. I’m a high school student and my parents wouldn’t lend me 20$ to spend on a game (which IS in fact completely reasonable) and as a matter of fact, considering this is a game directed to children the fact that they’ll spend diamonds when they didn’t mean to do so can become a big turn off for many people. Now, what I want to get with this is that there should be a way to either refund what you bought for multiple reasons but mainly for the one I gave before and/or a “confirm your purchase” button. It would also be greatly appreciated if I could get my diamonds back...

My little pony is a very nice show! I still have a lot of pony’s! But currently I can’t play with them :( so when I was younger I got this app but I deleted it and idk why! I am going to have a lot of fun with this! Developer please reply!

This game is definitely fun, and the visuals and minigames are pleasing, but I do have two major complaints. Firstly, the optional adds won’t play for me. I click the watch add option and nothing happens. I couldn’t find any issues on my end (add blockers, settings), so you might want to look into that. And secondly (this is what put it down to 3 stars) does everything have to cost something? I get that you’re trying to make money by making people want to purchase the coins and gems. But I for one would be more inclined to pay for permanent things like special characters or background music than coins for the absurdly overpriced land expansions.
