Winning impossible limited stories or mini games

The game is fine but can you please make it easier to win characters from limited time stories or get characters. Can you also make the characters cheep because I’m trying to win Future Princess Twilight Sparkle and it hard because I can’t buy characters because ..... so can you please make it easier to buy, and win characters. Most of us will appreciate rhis alot thank you.

I love this game so much, but it does have its downsides. Some of the game is fun, but the downside is some of the characters you want, will cost gems or real money. I kinda wish they didn’t have a time limit for some of the characters or events because I would really like to get one of the cool new characters but I don’t have the money to complete it or the items I need. They only give you a week for the Community Quests and honestly, that’s not a lot of time. I wish it gave you two weeks incase you have to wait 24hrs to play the next task in the quest you have to do. Other then that it’s a fun game over all, I haven’t found any bugs in the game so far, and I love playing this game while watching the show. ^^ Hope it continues updating even though the show is over. ? -From a fan who loves MLP ?

I love this game so much and I keep on playing even though I finished all the quests ( except for the quests when you buy a type of time/season) I (and probably many others) would appreciate if there were more quests.

It’s impossible to get all the rewards or finish event stories without paying well over $100 per event now! And that’s JUST for the ‘helper’ characters. Other things can sort of be earned through patience but the event stories are impossible to complete without spending a lot of money. And the events are quite frequent!

I was a bit late on the most recent update. I was waiting for future princess twilight and would like to know if there will be other ways to get her at a later time. I thought regular princess twilight’s character model would just be updated to future princess twilight’s character model.

I think you should add more quests or more songs to the Equestria mini game or more things to do and I’m at level 90 and there is not a lot of things to do anymore.

After 6 months of spending $30-40/month, having played on my own and my daughter’s accounts up to about level 100, here’s why we are done - glitches that make you lose rewards you earned during gameplay or from making purchases. Here’s why you shouldn’t download this game and waste your time and money too: 1) The in game currency of gems is expensive (as in, $50 of real money to buy 770 gems, aka enough to buy 2-3 ponies or 1-2 shops), and it’s very hard to come by just by playing (you can get 3-5 a day by watching videos, leveling up certain ponies, finding changelings or playing in the mine) 2) you CANNOT win the larger events without buying “helper ponies” for $10-15 each, even if you set timers to play 3) if you play the smaller events on a regular basis, you CAN win the main prize, but good luck collecting - 3 times now the event has ended, with me safely in the top 150 tier to win, and when the event ends I don’t get the prize (any prize, even 2nd or 3rd place... major glitch) 4) if you contact game loft help they take days to respond and need screenshots BUT the help form has a glitch where it won’t load your ticket if you add a picture - how fun! 5) when you spend real money you get punches on a punchcard to earn free gems every few punches - 2 out of 3 times, I didn’t get those gems 6) there is a glitch in one of the mini games (equestrian girls) where you click “ok” on 3 screens to play - on the 3rd screen you need to select a lower tier reward or you are automatically charged 15 gems - the lag on the 2nd page, however, means you usually need to click ok more than once, and this will trigger the click for the 3rd page and spend your gems - so fun! 7) everything is designed to make you accidentally spend gems - all add ons are defaulted to select the highest gem value instead of the free version or the free in game coins that are more easily earned, all expansions are defaulted to spending gems instead of bits, if you try to collect coins too quickly you will tap tap tap to collect and BAM something will have popped up for expanding or collecting that isn’t ready and a tap on it means you’re spending gems 8) yesterday, when trying to reorganize the houses in Canterlot, the game glitched and would not allow me to put a house back down where it came from or close out the edit or use exit functions. I was forced to close the game and reopen and when I did the character and their home, which I’d purchased early in the game, were gone from my game and needed to be repurchased. Since customer service has been so slow (or chastised me for the glitches), I didn’t even bother reaching out. When the customer is so fed up they don’t even try anymore, you have huge issues. Since I downloaded this game on 2 devices with 2 separate accounts so I could play with my daughter, Gameloft just lost 2 paying customers.

I love it but the only way to get on the game is to reset the iPod and the game the idea is so good it is so addictive and I get it it has been so awesome for me but the only thing is that the game crashes so much for me and that’s it.

I really love this game, but I can’t pay to open the piggy bank, I was thinking that maybe for the first time you open the piggy bank it is free and then you pay for the other times. This is just a suggestion, otherwise the game is really fun.
