I had an Android device and that phone broke so I upgraded my phone to an iPhone an have been trying to get my game back for over a week now. So if you mess up your phone, you WILL NOT get your game back so don’t spend actual money because it’ll be pointless

I played this game 2 years ago and tried again last year. It’s ridiculous how you have to restart your game progress every time you delete the app or change phones. They didn’t add a social media link to the game to make it easier to get your progress back. If I could connect my Facebook or Twitter to it to keep my game progress then I would keep playing, but after losing all my progress and event items, I have given up on this game. Until there is a way to link your game progress with a social media platform, I won’t be playing for a long time.

This game is awesome, engaging and a blast to play and check up on. But the only issue I have with it, is the events. They are very pay to win and are very difficult to keep up with. They require your full attention and effort to receive the awards at the end, and some people just don’t have time for that. I would encourage that they be easier to win and receive the rewards at the end. Otherwise, great game.

The storylines, animations, voices, and the overall game is great. But I just went in the shop and ALL of my character tokens that I was saving up are COMPLETELY RESET. I have had this game for months and I’ve been saving up for a really long time, and now they’re all gone. Can somebody please fix this?? Also, the ponies cost a lot of gems. At least make them easier to obtain or something. Also, all of my bundles are gone. I recently bought a few ponies from the bundles section and I can’t get anymore. Is there a reason for this? Like a limit on the bundle buying? Anyways if it’s a glitch plssss fix it
