Really good game but the update messed with stuff – MY LITTLE PONY: MAGIC PRINCESS Review

The storylines, animations, voices, and the overall game is great. But I just went in the shop and ALL of my character tokens that I was saving up are COMPLETELY RESET. I have had this game for months and I’ve been saving up for a really long time, and now they’re all gone. Can somebody please fix this?? Also, the ponies cost a lot of gems. At least make them easier to obtain or something. Also, all of my bundles are gone. I recently bought a few ponies from the bundles section and I can’t get anymore. Is there a reason for this? Like a limit on the bundle buying? Anyways if it’s a glitch plssss fix it
