I downloaded the new version and I can’t log in. I’m Ana admin user. Currently logged in at home, can log in via version OS3 and the web on my phone. When I type in my credentials in the app the log in button is not active. It shouldn’t be this difficult to log into an app that I’ve been using. Please fix it so I can actually review the app. Thanks!
Good but not great

This is a GOOD app that lets you access your personal cloud server. However, it needs some improvement. Support VLC player. Default media player only plays mp4 Better iTunes support. Default player lacks features like playlists,EQ, etc. In the end, this is a vast improvement from the 1st myCloud app. If you own a MyCloud NAS, this is a must have.

Ever since they switched to the new app I can’t log in and I lost all of my photos. Not worth it!!

You cant upload anything to your hard drive but photos & video. This is supposed to be named DOWNGRADE not upgrade. Now Mycloud hard drive is completely useless.

This app is easy to use but I have noticed that some of my pictures don’t show for me to see them. Sometimes I have to download the pictures or videos to see them. You might want to add that fix in your next update for the app. Besides the one issue, I really enjoy using the app.
Terrible with Documents

This app is 10 times more difficult to add PDFs, word documents, basically anything besides photos and videos. That was not the purpose of me getting this system. Why would they not let me upload and download what I choose? They have got to fix this!
