Problems

Boost is Disappointing

I’m not happy with that I tried to pay my bill through the app several times on the due date and even on a secure WiFi and bars the app wouldn’t authenticate to let me into my account. Low and behold once midnight passes, try again and goes right in. Sure does feel like it’s boost’s way to disqualify me from getting the next $5 off my monthly bill for the plan promotion I am on. Also, I think it is horrible that after two years with your service that there isn’t a way as an existing customer to upgrade your phone at a reasonable cost. In example, there is a promotion for an Apple SE for new folks for $25 plus taxes/activation. When I inquire as an existing customer of (2+) years it's over $300.00 for the upgrade to that phone. How horrible is that when I can walk into a U.S. Cellular agent and get the same phone for $99.00 plus tax/activation? This company doesn’t seem to care that people will eventually jump ship to get a newer phone with comparable service. You would think there would be outlined rules/incentives to keep your customers when it comes to upgrades at a competitive cost. Customer retention doesn’t seem to be a concern for them. There’s always reception issues even when in major hub cities that should have no issues. When the company was bought out by T-Mobile you would have thought that would have improved. The billing issue today is the last straw, I’m definitely going to make time to switch from Boost before my next bill is due. Maybe someone in Boost will see this and others with the same feelings and take their strategies back to the drawing board to retain customers.

I hate boost mobile. I constantly run out of unlimited data all of a sudden now that they sell a couple more gigs a month. Weird right. I thought so to. I’ll be leaving soon. 10 -11 yrs of being a loyal customer done. Oh and the coverage is crap. I tell everyone to go somewhere else. It’s the food stamp of cellular service.

Ever since I’ve “updated” my SIM to their “new and improved” network, service has been terrible. Calls drop. Data is slow. They have absolutely no support and offer no help. This has continued for months. Last night, we had a tornado. Today, because of their terrible service, Boost customers are unable to make calls. Unacceptable. Boost is absolute trash for leaving customers who pay for their service hanging like this.

Bought a new iPhone & cannot make or receive calls because I get no bars! In Massachusetts. I cannot make calls from my home without getting dropped & am unable to receive calls at my home. NO SERVICE!
