As soon as I’m done paying off my phone I’m switching carriers! Boost suxs, they don’t offer any deals or discounts for loyal customers

Data runs out entirely too fast I do not have Wi-Fi so I’ll use my phone for everything I already have the $60 plan and within 10 days I’m adding another $10 on for data making at $70 a month I’m thinking it’s time for me to find a new phone service

The service is terrible! Specially at night!! I can’t wait for my payment contract to expire so I can change companies. New network is horrible. I DONT recommend switching to boost.
Without service

I was without service for 8 days and in those 8 days I suspended my service. I was told by a customer service representative that i would get those 8 days back on my service since they were previously paid for, but when I called and spoke with a different representative they told me I couldn’t get those days back. So I’m paying off my phone and switching services. You all have the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced.

I love boost never have had a problem with them always have been very helpful when I need them..

This app never loads for me. I have tried deleting & redownloading 3 separate times still not loading
App functionality

This app has numerous issues with connecting and often times is unable to pull up my account information. It also has the issue of not updating to confirm that money was added to my account when I pre-pay. When it does work it is very easy to add money and pay my bill.
