I tried Munchery because I had heard good reviews. Unfortunately we are so picky at our house that it just didn’t work out for us. That’s not why I am giving it the low review however. We have tried everything to cancel our subscription since September. Going online, e-mailing customer service and we can only figure out how to suspend service for weeks so we have to constantly go back and adjust. We have heard nothing back from our e-mails and that is the most frustrating part.

Received a gift card and went in to use it. Before I could check out, I was kicked out of the site. Went back in to use the gift card again and start my transaction over again and the gift card is gone. I suppose this place makes food... wouldn’t know. They def take your money with no exchange of goods

Overpriced Mediocre Food

Charging a monthly service fee for mediocre food that is already overpriced is where Munchery really fails. Stick with regular delivery, save yourself the steps needed to warm it up, get better quality, and save some money!!

Easy, healthier, and less expensive alternative to take-out

Intuitive app and I am a frequent user of the service. If I didn't use this app I'm sure I'd be ordering take out all the time instead since I simply don't have time to cook for myself on the weekdays. Plenty of options and you can read the nutrition info before you order. It would be awesome if they had more options in the ~400 calorie range.

4-star for culinary. 1-2 star for customer service / service recovery. Website doesn't support iPad / Safari (WHO doesn't support Apple products today?). Application doesn't allow for changes to be made to existing orders. Several emails back and forth to c/svc. No resolution. Apology. Service recovery.

Food is good but this new interface with these enormous pictures is terrible. It's a pain to scroll through everything and I miss the "menu" look. No longer can I take a quick glance at the app and easily decide what I want. Bring back the gallery view or at least allow an option for it.
