Our local chefs use fresh, seasonal ingredients to create dishes in their own style, which brings tons of variety to our daily menus.
Choose from main dishes, sides, salads, and treats. Drinks and healthy kids’ meals, too. Menus change every day, so there’s always something new to try. Meals arrive on-demand or you can schedule delivery for a guaranteed 1-hour window up to a week in advance.
Meals arrive chilled so everything stays fresh. Simple directions for the final touch, be it a drizzle of dressing or a few minutes in your oven or microwave, means dinner’s ready—fresh and piping hot—when you’re ready to eat.
For every one of our fresh, chef-made meals you order, we feed someone in need through local food banks. We believe absolutely everyone deserves a good dinner.

Too hard to cancel

Munchery makes it way too difficult to cancel. I had to cancel due to lifestyle change and I thought I had cancelled my membership but saw my card was still being charged. I attempted to cancel again using the app (seemed easy enough) but no, they send you an email that takes you BACK to your Munchery account and that’s when you actually submit your REQUEST to cancel. Munchery: Why doesn’t your “Cancel” in the app allow you to actually cancel? Why are you forcing folks to take extra and UNNECESSARY steps? Additionally, I submitted my cancel (using the link in the email) on July 5 and submitted twice cause I didn’t get a confirmation. I finally got a confirmation from them until today, likely due to billing cycles. I will never sign up for this again simply because of the ridiculous extra steps needed to cancel.

Somewhat convenient - could easily be improved

The meal delivery is very convenient, and it makes my life a lot easier. There are many options for gluten-free meals, which I require, however there is no way to indicate that you have food allergies in your account, so if you miss the opportunity to customize your order you might just end up with a bunch of wasted food and money. Hoping they’ll add this simple attribute to their service, the other meal services I have used have this feature, and it goes a long way toward customer satisfaction.

Worst app I have ever used! Clunky and non-intuitive. Munchery can’t get their app programming right and they fail with bland, uninspired meals that are equivalent to frozen microwave meals that are grossly overpriced (e.g., $22 for noodles!?). Don’t waste your money or time with this service.

I have been waiting about 40 minutes for the text from the driver to say he’s leaving with my order and Tow which is a crazy amount of time to wait for just the text that he’s starting the trip to me

The portions were decent and the food was good. However, for the price, there are many other delivery companies that are less and is the reason Munchery closed up Seattle and many other locations. They are losing millions of dollars and this was the nail in the coffin for them.

Surprised at the good amount of lobster. Mac n cheese was creamy and was not a one trick pony. It was a sophisticated cheese blend and spices that was very satisfying. The salad was extremely fresh. Will reorder more!
