App does not work on my Apple TV

Ever since the MTV App update, the app does not work on Apple TV. It doesn’t let you log into a network provider. When you click Find TV Provider it goes to a screen that says Please contact your TV provider and subscribe to a package that includes MTV. Please go back to the old version before the update.

This app used to work really well. Now all it ever does is close and a red punctuation will pop up stating “ sorry, something went wrong. Please try again later. This happens with every show every time I try to watch something for the past several months !!!

App is not user friendly. Amazon firestick app- unable to log into my tv account. The app always says it is configuring. Also always freezing. iPhone and iPad- there is not a search option. I know what I want to watch and want to be able to type in what I am looking for not have to scroll through everything

I really just don’t like the design of the new app. I know they redid it awhile ago but it just seems like such poor UI compared to what it used to be. Couldn’t search any shows and the automatic play is more annoying than beneficial. Hopefully it gets a new update soon.

This app won’t let me cast to my TV anymore and now it won’t even allow me the login using my cable.... it keeps saying something went wrong. Super annoying ?

Since I updated the app, it won’t let me stream it to my Smart Cast TV, and now I don’t even watch anything anymore because of it

constantly says I need to contact my TV provider and subscribe even though we have it, I can pull it up on every other device I have except for my Apple TV.

Doesn’t work 95% of the time. If I go online and sign in I can watch whatever is on, on the app, can’t watch anything without closing the app every commercial and then I have to watch double commercials, what’s the point. Guess I’ll just skip MTV... who wants to watch 24/7 ridiculousness? Not me!
Constantly crashes

This app has been the worst lately. Can’t watch shows past the first commercial break it will state video is not available. Please work on the bugs in this app it’s been terrible.
