There’s such an inconsistency with episodes. Like with The Hills New Beginnings. Episode 2 is completely missing and episode 3 won’t play.

I did it. I found the worst streaming app.

This thing crashes constantly. Hire some better programmers, because 3 crashes in 1 episode is ridiculous.

Ugh so tired of this app never working... it’s constantly down, not wanting to connect to my chrome cast, showing “new episode” under the shows that don’t have new episodes... It’s glitchy & I never make reviews but this is feel like was needed. THIS APP NEEDS FIXING SOMEONE PLEASE.... you’d think that because it’s MTV it would be easier and less of a joke but it is not.

This is hands down the worst app I have ever used. It glitches constantly. When watching episodes back to back it doesn’t play through to the next episode, it says it’s not available so I have to go back and select the episode to watch it. Then if by some miracle the video loads (half the time it doesn’t) I get to watch 3-5 minutes of the show before I get thrown into a 3 minute ad series where it plays the same ad over and over and over and over again. It is also near impossible to figure out how to turn on closed captioning. I still haven’t figured it out. In settings, there are no actual settings, just information about the setting but no buttons! I.e. if you click closed captioning, you get a whole lot of info about who provided them, and nowhere does it allow you to actually TURN THEM ON. What kind of settings feature is that? Honestly if my show was available ANYWHERE ELSE I would run there in an instant. Please MTV. Get it together.

I wish I was able to get through 1 full episode without it saying “sorry this video is not available” after having to watch 3 minutes of commercials

App never works

This is October.. I still haven’t seen who won the challenge because MTV never works. I will have to delete the app and redownload it a million times. Sometimes it helps, sometimes it doesn’t. With how popular MTV is, you would think they would get an app that works. This happens on my phone and tv. It’s ridiculous

I love MTV but every time I use this app on my AppleTV there is always an issue. There will be some random code error then I will have to delete the app 3 or 4 times and redownload for it to randomly decide to work again. Then today it’s saying my TV provider isn’t available yet it won’t let me select a TV provider!!! This app is infuriating!!!

I love the shows, but hate the ads. I’m even thinking about installing a network ad blocker, dissatisfied with the amount of ads every 5 minutes.

The worst app I have ever used! The app is basically useless because I can’t remember a time it actually worked. Always crashes when I try to watch the episodes.
