Since last update this app has not worked. Only ever receive a "Data is not available" error.

The app works only 50% of the time, like the rest of MTA. One day it shows data, the next day it just says “the data is not available at this time”. The app design is horrible.

“Data unavailable at this time” all the time. All. The. Time. In true MTA fashion, this app is garbage. Too bad since the deterioration in service makes knowing when (if) the train’s coming all the more important.

No data available is the most consistent prompt I receive from this poorly designed app. Don’t tell me you need 20 guys in orange jumpsuits standing around screwing in a single light bulb to fix it?
When it works, it provides valuable info

It often doesn’t work. When it does work, it’s a nightmare to navigate. Consistent actions have inconsistent results when using the app. It’s buggy. But hey, when it tells you the train is coming in 15 mins, it’s valuable and accurate.
Terrible app with the update!

This app used to be great before they updated it a few months ago. Now more often than not, error message comes up that data not available. There is no way to refresh the app when the error happens, so you have to exit the app and start it up again.
What happened?
Another Subway Commuter
For the last week or so, it says data not available and to try again later. It was generally working okay prior to this. Not perfect but it was a good start.
