To whom it may concern, I’ve logged in and out of my account several times on multiple devices. The movies are still missing. I’ve also deleted and reinstalled the Movies Anywhere app on several iOS devices and my ROKU TV. The movies are still missing. The Movies Anywhere app on my ROKU TV has also been having connection issues, so I actually reset my TV to the factory settings, then reinstalled everything. The movies are still missing and the app still has connection issues at times. These procedures were done before submitting trouble tickets through the app. I received a reply for one of my trouble tickets instructing me to do the same procedure that I had already done multiple times, and if I still needed assistance, to contact the help center again. The movies missing from my Movies Anywhere account show up in my Transaction History, but not in my library. When I do a search for the missing movies (using the movie title), they do not show up as being available on Movies Anywhere. I have also logged into my other accounts that are linked to Movies Anywhere (FandangoNow, Amazon Prime, Google Play Movies, and iTunes) and all of my movies are listed in my library. For some reason, these movies have only disappeared from my Movies Anywhere library, not my linked accounts. This does not make sense because most of the missing movies are Disney/Marvel movies, and all were redeemed using the Movies Anywhere app. Movies Anywhere has been my family’s go to app for watching our movies. I guess we will have to begin using one of the other providers. Thanks.

I like that many retailers are joining in to keep all of our digital movies in one convenient place.
Application is everything it was advertised for.

This game s a great application, however it really needs to support all movie distributors. I would love to have a 1 stop shop where all my movies are.

It’s great it’s a one stop shop for purchased movies, but until they can incorporate downloading multiple movies at the same time, or at least a download que, it’s rough loading all the movies you want to watch offline.

This is a great idea. Overall when everything is properly linked through Movies Anywhere, I greatly appreciate the ability, for instance, to now download my UltraViolet movie copies directly onto my iOS devices through iTunes. They all began appearing under my iTunes purchases as available downloads.

UPDATE, 2-25: Someone verified my account (still without sending an email), and so now I have IT in my collection. Therefore, I will update my review to three stars pending how well the app works for me. Thank you, Support! I just bought the BluRay of IT and went to the Movies Anywhere site to enter the code for my digital download. After I entered the code, I was prompted to create an account. I did, and was told that I needed to verify the account through an email sent to my email address. Fine. Except I STILL HAVEN’T GOTTEN AN EMAIL! It’s been two hours, and I have hit the Resend button any number of times. No email. I looked in my Spam folder, and it isn’t there, either. I have NEVER had a problem like this verifying any other new account. If I have lost my digital code, I will badmouth this company to everyone I know. I haven’t gotten a response from Support, either. FIX YOUR PROBLEMS.

Not sure why Disney had to create another movie site. It doesn’t even work with Vidangel. If family and kids is what Disney is all about, they should allow their movies to be filtered so kids don’t have to hear cursing or see objectionable scenes.

Great consolidation of all my digital movies and the ability to save them offline for trips in the car/plane is critical.
