Movies Anywhere is the holy grail of digital movie ownership with the ability to buy a movie anywhere and then watch it anywhere. However, they still need to add studios (Paramount, Lionsgate, and MGM) and retailers (Microsoft and Kaleidescape) to make that happen. They desperately need to add special features to the Continue Watching area. This was available on Disney Movies Anywhere so I don't know why it was removed. A lot of bonus features and commentaries are long and I watch them across sessions. It currently is very difficult to pick up where I was last watching. They've done a great job of adding bonus features and commentaries but there are still a lot missing. I would love to be able to get rid of my DVDs if all the content was available on Movies Anywhere. Also, a minor gripe from the perfectionist in me would like to see more consistency in the bonus features organization. Some title are in all caps and some not, some are missing titles all together, and the subcategories are not consistent. All in all, that fact we're at this point is great and I'm very happy. I just don't want them to stop here when the Movies Anywhere platform has the potential to be absolutely amazing

As a busy husband and dad, I rarely have the opportunity to watch blu-rays on my big screen, so digital copies are very important to me. It was always an annoyance to have them on so many platforms, though. Amazon, Flixter, Vudu, iTunes, etc. but I dealt with it, whatever. This app is great in that it allows me to link all my accounts in one place, and gives me bonus movies to watch as a reward for doing so. Thus far I have had no problems with the app in terms of downloading or streaming. This app does exactly what I need it to do, solves a problem that I’ve had for a very long time!

Cannot reset password!

Hey-you!

Finally was able to reset the password. But guess what? I cannot log in! Neither on my computer nor on my phone. Tried again reset the password. It let me reset, but cannot log in. Very frustrating. Cannot believed I might lose 10 years worth of movies because of a password! Received a couple of emails that I need to download the app and transfer my movies. I downloaded the app, tried to login and got a error message to check my credentials. When I opt for reset my password, nothing happens. Tried several times and I do not receive the email to reset my password! That’s frustrating!

Love the app ... however, some movies are being pushed through twice over my other account. Especially, movies from Dreamworks. I purchased some of my movies on different accounts but two movies with the same title are appearing twice on my iTunes, Amazon, and YouTube accounts. Movies Anywhere (and Vudu) only shows one movie appearing. Just to be clear, I did not “re”-purchase the same movie on my other accounts. There were no issue before last weeks update. I was going to write a review on Vudu but their last update was almost nine months ago.

Nice concept, but poor execution. Many movies don’t transfer or aren’t eligible. It’s not clear how to tell if they are eligible for sharing across services like Amazon Prime. Confusing legal agreement for data sharing too. #FAILURE #Bugs #PoorDesign
