Not only have they lost ALL of my movies they just keep giving me the same answer and I have SEVERAL help emails that all say the exact same thing. After telling them that doesn’t fix the problem they still send the exact same message as if they were copied. And pasted. Now because they are all connect to this app I no longer have access to ANY of my digital movies.

It won’t let me changed my email or transfer my movies from Disney movies anywhere.

This has been the worst transitions between applications I have ever experienced. The app will not remember me or my passwords. All of my Disney morning vies have disappeared.

I was a bit upset when Disney shut down their service and was further infuriated to have to set up yet another cloud service for digital movies. Thank god for Movies Anywhere! Once I buried my frustrations and combined all of my services I realized that I have all of my movies in one place! Every label is in one cloud service. Who would have thunk it?
Would rate it a 5/5, but it won’t work on my iPad

I love this app. I use it all of the time on my iPhone and never had problems. Since my last update tho, i can’t get the app to open on my iPad. Help???
