I really like the idea behind this app, but there are a couple of issues. First, you should be able to skip an exercise or swipe to another one if you can't complete the designated exercise at a particular point in time. Also, or alternatively, you should be able to edit the list of completed exercises to delete the ones you weren't actually able to do. You should also be able to add or delete groups of exercises at one time rather than unchecking or checking each individual exercise. The edit function in the exercises section doesn't seem to serve a purpose as far as I could tell.

I am really enjoying this app. I am at my desk more or less six hours a day, and I often forget to get up and move as often as I should. I set my Move timer for 20 minutes, and what a difference it makes in my day! I do have a few suggestions to make the app even more functional. 1. Please make an iPad compatible version! 2. A "change exercise" feature would be great if the exercise that happened to populate wasn't an option for the moment. Example: if I am in my office and "run through a meadow" turns up it would be great to be able to request a different exercise for that session. 3. I'd like to see a "skip an hour" (or other customized time slot) in addition to the "skip a day" feature. This would be helpful for meetings or other times when I don't want an alarm going off but need to keep my phone on. 3. A more clear "skip a day function" would be helpful. I would like to see a calendar type interface where you could select and deselect exactly which days you'd like. As it stands if you press the button more than once you are out of luck unless you reinstall, which resets all of your preferences.

Could not get reminder to work for 2 days. Activated office exercises - what a joke. Push-ups? Downward dog? Skip it.

This app is a great, simple tool for reminding you to get up and MOVE periodically in your day. If you have trouble getting into a workout routine, this is a fun and easy way to incorporate some exercise into your daily routine. The way to build a habit is to start with small changes. Lots of fun movements are already included so you don't have to buy anything, but full routines are available for a dollar, like the yoga reminders. This app may be just what you need to start incorporating strength and cardio into your daily habits.

This is EXACTLY what I was looked me for! It's perfect and I'm so stoked! What if I bought one package and decide to upgrade to the full package later? Am I refunded for the previous single package?

Was a decent, though unpolished app when it worked. Since installing iOS 9 though it crashes when I try to launch. Don't download till this is fixed.

this app really should have connectivity and synchronization with other apps like Health and MyFitnessPal. that would only make it more powerful.
