Motivation I needed!

blaBla16

I really like this app because it gives me attainable goals and motivates me to keep moving. Whether I’m working or watching TV, I can easily accomplish these tasks. I have more energy and feel great!

So much fun!! (Really!)

Lucky You!

I downloaded this app a few days ago and am soooo glad I did! I love the huge variety of exercises, the links to videos so I know how to do them, and clicking the "I did it" button. I really can't believe how much fun this makes exercise, and it fits so easily into my schedule no matter if I'm at school, home, or work. There's always an exercise I can fit in. The 1-minute ones are great!! I even got the beginner pack for my 70-year-old mom. This is a wonderful, awesome app, try it! I promise, it is actually fun!

Perfect

This is just what I was looking for. Reminds you to move during the workday. Well done, no manual required, easy setup. Thanks goes out to the developers!

It has just what I need, you should get it, it's really just awesome! ;)

Great... But could use a few major things.

I like the app, I like the concept. Here's a few things I think could really take this app to the next level: • Daily/weekly summary with graphs and totals and full statistics (instead of just a running list of what I did). Big deal if you're an exercise/fitness app. • when I ordered the upgrade there are redundancies in the exercises. Also, there are so many if someone only wants to do a select few it's a pain to uncheck all of them. Needs options for select/un-select a group of exercises. • Needs a social aspect. Would be more interested if my friends could download and see each others activity today. Compare who was more active, burned more calories, etc. I would love to keep this app if some of these things are incorporated.

The Move app

I really like this app because you can set your own Reminders, and it isn't a work out. And the exercises have Videos to explain them. This app is also very voice over friendly. Thank you to the developer.

Moving More Now

Telling Everyone.

I am really enjoying this app. I'm telling all my friends about it. I've had it for a few weeks and there are some things that could be improved upon but generally it's got me moving more than I was before. And that's exactly what I was looking for. I'd really like to be able to choose what set of exercises I will be given next. I went ahead and bought all the add-ons so I had access to everything. But some days I would like to just choose from the yoga and some days just from the office options. Keep up the great work.

Horrible app. Just wasted $1.

Almost everything is an additional purchase within this app. I've deleted it and cut my losses. AVOID!!

Great for kickstarting

I have fibro so doing long workouts like I used to is not possible right now. But I have to move especially since I work at a desk all day. This app has helped me get in mini workouts throughout the day which don't tire me out and I do feel better. I like that you can choose which movements to do by unchecking the tougher ones. (push-ups no thanks!). Would like to see the checklist display a grid instead of one long list or something a little more visual so I can see my progress quickly. This app is perfect for desk bound folks and I appreciate that it's not a full blown heavy duty workout, calorie counter , food tracking, time you while you jog and measure your heart rate app ! Thank you!
