Changed tax function

I used to love this app, but the update (5.7.2) totally ruined it. For starters, the new UI is unresponsive and awkward to use. Secondary, now taxes can only be inputted as a percentage of the home value as opposed to a fixed number. Time to find a different mortgage calculator.
