Great calculator. Designer is very open to suggestions as well. I used the older version all the time and will continue using the new one

I've downloaded several mortgage apps and this is -by far- the best. Easy to use,nice interface, lots of options for customizing loans and re-payment. I'm considering a refi vs just extra principal payments and this app was terrific.

Great app for all your mortgage calculations. Don't buy a home without it! Even if you already own a home, you can check out your pay-off or refinance options, see what your payments would be, etc. Well done!

This is the best loan app of its type I have found I have bought many of them. Intuitive and full of useful variables. It would be nice though if there was a way to label the extra costs.

This is the only app i have found that will let you put in how much extra principal i pay per month. The charts are very appealing to the eyes also! Great app, worth the money
