I had to delete the old version and then reinstall the new, but when I did I loved the update. It is much easier to use as now you just slide to change the price etc. it’s a great tool for quick answers.

I just started working with their new app upgrade and I love it!!! Their customer support is very quick and friendly. I wish all were like this when it comes to being quick, friendly and on the ball with technical support.

This is probably the most detailed app for running quick scenarios if you invest in real estate. I would love to see more features that allows to enter intake if I were to rent out the property so I can see possibles revenue. But even without it love the app

Outstanding application, blows everything else that I've tried out of the water. I've got the information entered for all 5 mortgages, and an using the application to strategize overpayments to maximize profits and minimize loss. Perfect for investors!
