Unbelievably Degraded Interface!

Wow....how can developers reject such a sharp, clear, straightforward, lovely, intuitive interface for such an ugly, glaring, clunky hot mess? What on earth were you thinking? I have loved this app and used it for years. But I’m looking right now for a replacement. Big, BIG mistake, guys.
Updates are awful

I used to use this to to quick calculations for investment property when we could manually enter the data. Now that you removed that feature and just have a slider you limit what we can do. It is not user friendly anymore and it is not as functional as it used to be. For example you can only go up to $2000000 in home price. You can’t manually enter the down payment amount anymore. It is just not as functional You took a fine product and your programmers made it worse. Sometimes, what may seem like a good idea to your programmers creates a bad result for the end user. I now need to find another app to handle this for me because this app is no longer suitable.
Update ruined it

Loved this app until the update. Used it every day for years as a loan officer. The most current update ruined it. I use to be able to type in a dollar amount say $425000 and run the calculations. Now there is a slider that you slide and the number adjust as you slide it. But it is impossible to get within even 25,000 without trying overs and over. I use a cell phone and it’s impossible to use anymore. Love it before. Now I’ve abandoned it completely. Are used to use it and so I came back to see if they had reverted back to the old format but they have not it is so finicky now I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Ok, but what if I want to make an extra mortgage payment multiple times? There’s no option for that. Also the space to click the boxes is really tiny and sometimes bothersome to hit

This app is good for purchase only It would be nice to have an app that could do a purchase or refinance. A VA mortgage and one that as the ability to add the different funding fee %’s An FHA mortgage A Conventional mortgage PMI options That have the ability to change the monthly PMI % Have the ability to finance a single premium PMI into loan amount or Ability to split the PMI premium that has a portion of PMI premium % financed into the loan amount and also has a monthly PMI %. Unlike the single premium PMI % where all is financed into the loan amount I have not found an app that has all the functions that a seasoned loan officer could use. If there was one I would gladly pay a fee to have this on my phone.

I love this app for years, but I have to say the newest version is not good that I’m have to look for something else to replace it. I’m. A mortgage broker that when we calculated the monthly payment, I need an option for me to input just the loan amount, but not purchase price and down payment, than I have to calculate how much the loan amount is!

Old version allowed me to easily see impacts of making some changes to mortgage or comparing different rates, not so much anymore. Going to have to look for another app?
