I’ve had this app for sometime now and every time I get ready to use it, it always logs me out, and tells me my password is wrong, it doesn’t matter if I use Face ID or I type it out. I 100% would not recommend, don’t waist your time.
Can’t select my engine type in the app!

Can’t choose Cummins Engine for my service schedule and there is no manual on the Cummins Engine. It’s all 6.4 related. This app does me no good at this point. It was working great.
Won’t even let you sign in

Have tried this app and the Ram Toolbox app and both of them say my email and password are not recognized even though I am able to sign in to Mopar’s website with the same email and password.
Unable to schedule

I’m unable to schedule an appointment with my car dealership because the Transportation and Date field do not have any options to choose from. This prevents the user from scheduling an appointment and moving forward on the application.

Face ID is NOT working. Latest update is ruining this app why do I have to keep logging in with my password and the Face ID is just there and grayed out not allowing me to use it.

I think Mopar is awesome, it is easy to navigate and easy to make appointments. It also lists the options which is nice because there are things that one wouldn’t necessarily think of checking when you drop your car off for service.
