Bought a low mileage used vehicle Was duped into an extended warranty by the finance manager that straight out lied to me. He bait and switched the coverage with out explanation. When I had a major problem with the vehicle I found out he had activated the warranty at purchase date knowing I had 1 year full factory warranty left. And both had expired together 750$ lost for purchase of extended warranty and 2000$ repair bill on the drive train

Maintenance records to not show up on the app. The records only show up in the website. I brought this issue up through customer support, and they told me to use the website instead of the app.

Enjoying the heck out of my new Rubicon. Never owned such a great vehicle which is so versatile. Military service driving hummers- MRAPS and other vehicles were fun; but this Jeep is ultimate fun because I own the vehicle. Best Regards, JW-SOLUTIONS

The app says “your vehicle has 1 recall notice.” I tap on that. I get a spinny icon for a few seconds. Then it just shows me the app Home Screen again. Doesn’t actually take me to the recall notice. Update Jan 2022: issue still hasn’t been fixed, dropping my rating to 1 star.

It’s an ok app but I haven’t found it useful. What is particularly annoying to me is that the “sign on” credentials are shared across three other apps and if you can’t remember the password it creates a cascade of changes due to the dependency. But I guess that is most annoying is that when selecting a new password they restrict “special” characters and the error warning doesn’t include all of the characters that are in the restricted list. Which is sloppy and silly programming.

It seems to never want to activate my iPad when I’m in my car trying to work. I have no idea what the problem is that I’m supposed to have connection at all times in the car. This is not just a one off occasion this is 90% of the time it doesn’t work. I end up having to call someone again to fix it for just that moment.
