Buggy and clunky

The Wi-Fi connecting is very temperamental and when it works the file transfer is incredibly slow. The Wi-Fi live steam is also very glitchy and laggy. Needs a lot of improvement.
App crashes a lot. Especially the saved tab

Not sure about the WiFi issues mentioned, mine connects fine. The key must be on before trying to connect over WiFi. Overall good app and great dash cam.

It looks good and I like that the videos it takes automatically upload to my phone when I start the vehicle. However I would like to be able to watch a video of what is going on from the app at anytime (like if I’m parked in a sketchy neighborhood but I’m out for dinner and not close by) But I can only do that when the vehicle is turned on. What is the point of the “Live Viewer” if I’m already in the drivers seat? I’m already looking out the windshield so why would I need to watch a live video of it? Dumb.
Will not work with IOS 13

Will not connect with the new update. Just installed the cam and lucky my iPad was on the old version 12.4. Need an update to fix this. Was going to get 2 M6 cams one for each car but not now

The application is not compatible with iOS13. App never worked properly. Dash cam is terrible. Wish I read the reviews on it before purchasing. Incompetent team with a terrible product. Before downloading just return and refund your dash cam. You’ll thank me !

I had the Momento M5 installed professionally, never worked, try to contact Momento on their website and no answer after hours of waiting on hold, check the new M6 while I was on the website and decided to give another chance, went back to the place where I got it and got the upgrade had to pay the difference of course, and now it doesn’t work since I have iOS13, regret giving Momento another chance.

Will not connect to WiFi!!! It worked for the first 2 months now cannot vine t to the app! Called customer service many times... no answer. Emailed support many times... Never a reply. HORRIBLE support on your own product! All of these apps have been updated for ios13 and STILL no update. This is horrible. Moving over to BlckVue if you guys don’t make this THE top priority.

I change my windshield disconnect the unit. when I plug it back the my phone can see the m6 but it won’t go live. The setting won’t highlight I don’t know what else to do. I deleted and reload the app same thing on my phone and iPod.
