Worked for 1 day after installation by geek squad, now is unable to connect to my iPhone, my wife’s iPhone or my son’s iPhone. No settings button from app when launched, greyed out. Trying to view any saved video is a failure. Please assist me in fixing this, as I sold my wife that this was going to be an useful purchase, and she has yet to get it to work and now I cannot either. Update- would love to say it was all IOS update issue, but had the current firmware and still not working. Next day, worked ok, kept asking me to update firmware even though showed latest firmware installed. Also have been having issues with auto start that was installed same day not working. Both are manufactured by Compustar, and seem very buggy.
V1.5 doesn’t work

I updated the app to v1.5. I was able to connect to the dash cam with wi-fi for a short period. Now it doesn’t work again. I deleted and reinstalled the app and it still doesn’t connect. There is no hardware issues. I was able to download all the images onto my laptop from the SD card. Called the hotline but no response. This is ridiculous. Edit: I am on iOS 13.2.2. It doesn’t connect regardless of what I do even after upgrading the software. Edit #2: I updated the latest firmware v1.05. It is still having issues connecting to the app on my iPhone. I have no issues with running the videos on my PC when I plug in the SD card. The app developer needs to have a more robust testing of this app. It is definitely not my hardware issue.

This system is garbage!! I have had this system for about 8 months. Most of the time I have had it it doesn’t work. Firmware and everything is current. I connect to the M6 wifi but app won’t connect. If I want to see what videos I have I have to remove SD card and use my computer. I am about ready to trash this system and get a Thinkware system.

iPhone users: The dash cam app is not working with the iPhone. I have reset the dash cam numerous times. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. The app automatically updates itself; however, your car will connect to the WiFi yet when you select LIVE VIEW on the app it will give you the message that you need to connect WiFi.... so pretty much I’m driving around without a sense of security because the stupid dash cam isn’t even recording. I sent an email to Momento on Dec 20 and a follow up on Jan 6,2020 CONSIDERING I have not received a reply AS OF YET !!!! When I call guess what you’re on hold for an hour then when you think a representative will come on ... it’s a voicemail recording... you leave a message ... but of course no one calls back .... I’m beyond annoyed at this point. What a waste and don’t bother !!!!
