Horrible technology. Can’t connect , can’t view from remote location. Always searching for WiFi. For it being the newest unit out, should’ve been perfected much better.

Terrible app and bad customer service

Update: After 30 days without being able to access my camera with my phone, they have finally done a fix so it works. Based on customer service and that fact they were unprepared for the iPhone update I would still NOT recommend purchasing from this company. Purchased camera from them several months ago. $640 installed. Now after latest iPhone update, the app doesn’t work. I started emailing company and got one response then nothing. Tried again and basically told don’t know when they will have a fix. You can’t get through on phones either.
Fantastic dash cam and app

I purchased this dash cam about a year ago and have been using it since. This app has helped me quickly show video to law enforcement after a crash I was in earlier this year. The app is relatively easy to use. Thanks to quick response from the developers, the WiFi issue that occurred with iOS 13 has been patched and the app is functional again. Great product!
Great camera, app needs some work

The camera quality is very good. I get about an hour of video on a 32gig card at medium quality. Viewing the videos on my phone is great after the iOS 13 fix in 1.5. The app is a bit buggy, I can’t seem to set it to mph instead of kph and the time is still one hour off. Great camera, ok app. Keep updating the app please.
Worked for a couple of weeks and now I cannot view my video.

Update I received a response from the developer to update my app. I had already deleted and reinstalled it a couple of times with no luck but I did so again and it worked. The app is now functional but I can only hope that they keep up with the apple updates. I never would have purchased this camera system had I known that my ability to connect to it may be spotty. Please respect the customers who have paid their hard earned money and allowed you to prosper by being more diligent about assuring that we can use it. Thanks. This worked fine for a couple of weeks but not since. I can connect to the WIFI but the app will mot allow me to view video or see what may be saved. I will be returning the system to the stereo shop as I have seen through other reviews that this company does not care to resolve issues. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app 2 times to no avail.

The M6 with the recent 1.5 update has fixed the connectivity issue with IOS 13. Thank you. However there is something else that you could do. While watching the video in Portrait mode the GPS and Speed are so small you would need a magnifying lens to read. Then if you flip it onto landscape it disappears altogether. That would be nice to have if you ever need it for evidentiary purposes. Larger font and in landscape mode on next update? It will not work with IOS 13. You can still record on the SD card but no live video. Tech is working on it. Not idea when it will be ready.

Today it works great on my phone. Hopefully they keep updating the system to work with my phone. Cause I really like the features the only thing I don’t like about it is I have interference with my remote start and now the remote start only works. 5 feet away and not 1000 feet a way so I’m going to go back and have them move the remote start modules to a different area of the car and see if. It will fix the issue other then that so far so good. I’ll post a update. Once it’s done Update moved it still does same thing i have the m6 latest model I believe where do i find out
