Seems to have a bug

Tm1658

I love this app (I’ve used it in the past and just re- downloaded it but there seems to have a bug rendering almost unusable. The text on the settings screen is almost unusable as these big black bars are across the screen and the text for the assessments that apart of the coaching courses doesn’t show up so you are unable to answer any of the questions. Not sure what’s going on.

the update ruined the app

K4yleeeeee

my phone connected to wifi one day and automatically updated the app and now it won’t even open. i deleted it and redownloaded it and it still won’t. i loved using this app and going through the bootcamps, i even paid for it. but now i can’t even use it.

No location

There is absolutely no reason it needs my location at all times. This app is trash

Another wasted hour on my phone

Dkeller101

Apple used to curate apps so their store only carried ones that worked. Well, here is proof that no longer happens. Moment worked well for a week and then it became incomprehensible. I would get constant vague notifications that told me nothing. The help video didn’t work. Found myself wasting time on the app that was trying to help me stop wasting time.

Momemy application

Excellent

I used to love Moment

AlekPrus

But then one day the app was really buggy so I decided to uninstall and reinstall it and all of my historical data from the past year was erased. Since then the app has been crashing often and I’ve made the switch to rescue time to track my activity across all devices.

Way too wonky

u4toieyhrkth

For me the two most useful parts of this app should be the daily screen time tracker and the screen-free time alarm. However, the screen time tracker is consistently inaccurate (often shows far less than how long I’ve been on) and the screen-free time is absolutely wonky. I’ve been “screen free” for five minutes now without a single alarm, yet often when my phone is off and face-down the alarm will go off continuously. This app is half useless until all these issues are fixed. Update: although the screen time counting is inaccurate, I valued the app for its feature that allows you to set screen-free times. I though it was great! However, now the app simply will not open for me, even if I delete and re-download it. I cannot use it at all which is a huge bummer!!!!!

Crashes immediately

MusicAddict14<3

I used to love this app but the recent update made it that every time I open the app, it crashes immediately-I don’t even see a screen for the app. I tried deleting and redownloading but this did not fix the issue.

Great app, UX/UI improvements needed

Mike Hallman

This app offers a great way to take control of our excessive iPhone usage. The various coaching paths offer something for everyone. The biggest improvement this app needs is support for dark mode. When the iPhone is in dark mode, the Moment app is completely unreadable. Also, it does not appear to auto detect time zones. So for the detox coach path it tells me that I pick up my phone for the first time at 10:30 am on average, which is off by hours. Similarly, it’s now 8:30 pm and Moment has already indicated that my previous day is complete and I’ve started a new one. And, as far as I can tell, there is no way to manually change the time zone. All told it’s a great app, but fixing these two issues is key.

Pause - paused

wan-dizel

I used this app for a week, I enjoyed it until one day I “closed” the app. Then multiple times a day I’m getting “Open the app you are currently paused” I’ve open the app at least 20’times and i still get the message. If this doesn’t clear up by EOD I’m going to remove the app and tell my friends i suggested it to, not to download.
