Confusing

I found this app confusing and hard to use - it was clearly counting apps running in the background on my phone as “screen time” which I discovered after spending 99% of the first 4 hours of my day “on my phone” while it was absolutely in my pocket. I messed with it a little and tried to figure out what apps I would need to “exclude” in order to get a more accurate idea of my screen time, but at the end of the day it doesn’t seem like this app is capable of differentiating between when I’m using an app in the background (location services I guess? Quite a few of my apps use that) and when I’m actually looking at my cellphone. Since I use background apps a lot for my job, I don’t think this app is a useful tool for me. Hopefully it is for others.
The app will not launch on iPad

No matter if I restart my iPad, close and open the app or other apps, it will not open. Every time I click on it the app kicks me back to my home screen.
Crashing

Even with the recent update I haven’t gotten this app to work in weeks. Really e joyed it when it was working. Bummer that it doesn’t anymore.

I’m on an iPhone SE iOS 11.2.6 and the app won’t open. Tapping it brings up a white screen for about 1 second, then it crashes and exits to the home screen. Doesn’t matter if I open it from home screen or App Store.
Moment needs to track location?

The app is generally fine. Gives you about as much as you’d expect from a free app (while trying to up). Updated my phone and turned off its ability to track my location, and it won’t track my screen time anymore. Not sure why Moment needs to know my location to track screen time, so feeling unhappy about how it’s likely using my data for other purposes. Deleting!

Hi there I’ve heard your this app is excellent but when I installed it on my old iPhone it kept crashing and now I have a new iPhone but I have the same problem when I open the app my phone crashes what’s the problem? I live in Iran and downloaded the app on App Store
