Warning to parents: Moment is not strictly about parental control. Using Moment Family as a parent gives you certain powers, but your children have power too.
• If your daughter notices you on your phone while you're supposed to be watching a family movie together, she can start family dinner time for the entire family until the movie is over. That means no one can pick up their phone, and you as the parent can't turn that family dinner time off.
• Your entire family can see everyone else's phone use for the day from the family scoreboard. You can see if your son is over his limit for the day, and he can see if you are over yours!
Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. Moment has been designed to use GPS sparingly.

Doesn’t work with iOS 13 dark mode. App looks childish. Requires all sensitive permissions and hides behind “view our privacy policy”, no thanks. Was recommended from a book but I sadly doubt the author realizes the true intentions of the app. Instantly deleted. Just use Apple ScreenTime for 99.9% of the features in this app...

Downloaded the app for a sum of 7 minutes and then deleted it. Why do you NEED to know my location and access to my photos? I get if some people want that extra tracking they wouldn’t mind giving up a bit of privacy but to require it on an app that tracks phone usage is ridiculous and invasive. I see no reason why that can’t be an optional setting. All I wanted was to see how long I was on YouTube this week... it’s not that much to ask really...

Ever since downloading the newest IOS update 13.1 the apps don't translate over to Moment after I take a screenshot of the activity of the apps in settings. plz fix

I think there’s some issues with dark mode. I’m using it now and a large amount of the text is difficult to read. iPhone 6 running iOS 13
Great app, but they won’t update it

This is a great app and I’ve loved using it in the past to try to curb my smartphone addiction. However, they still haven’t actually updated it to work on iOS 13 and as a result it can’t be used :(
Subscription

I had subscribed to Moment and then when I changed phones, it did not automaticallu transfer the subscription and I also found it difficult to cancel the subscription. Finally, I could find it and cancel it. Due to firewall, I cannot take a screen shot of my phone and hence some of the analytics is not available. Also I do not find MoMEnt to be a big habit changer.

I personally don't like this app mostly because my mom Forces me to use it it works fine but if your getting it for your kid they will hate it.
No app support so I can’t get help

I downloaded the app but the text seems to be inverted. When entering my email, the text is white with white background. The menu items are black text on black background. I can’t find any way to change this. I tried putting my phone in colorblind mode and it didn’t change anything. I clicked on App Support and was taken to a page that says there is none. I had downloaded the free version to check it out. I’ll be removing the app as I don’t want to pay for something that has no support and has an issue before I’ve even used it.
Why location??

I have been using the app for a few years and was happy but after the last download of the operating system it is not allowing me access unless i allow them access to track my location. Not cool! Why??
