Great Start!

Edit- Thank you for the update! Please continue to update this app. Modular is actually more versatile than Moog's Model 15. Problem is Modular lacks a sequencer, Ableton Link, and other features that are holding it back from being the true star that it could be. Original review- Feels like an analog beast in the palm of your hands! Sound quality is very good and layout is similar to old PAIA or Serge Modular synth modules. Sounds as good or better than Arturia's Analog Lab software and is even more true to the quirks of original hardware synths. Great start. But in order to truly earn the 5 star rating it needs updates to make it more user friendly given the small platform. Moreover, a true sequencer module is a must to take the app over the top. If this product receives regular updates it will be a winner. Right now, this and Megellan are the best modular synth apps for IPhone to my ears! Update 5/17/16- still one of the best modular synths. Would love to see an update.

For those who can't afford a real modular...

...this fulfills the basic urge to patch and tweak. Not the most logistically simple layout, but some really cool sounds can be had with a little exploring (start with presets if you're unsure and change things methodically).

Pretty cool

Browneye!

It is worth checking if you are into sound synthesis. You can get some pretty interesting sounds out of this app. There are a few technical things that would make this app a perfect 5/5, such as the interface needs to be refined further, a clear all panels option, and I have been having trouble with the wires as in getting them where they need to be quickly. Thanks!
