Terrible experience and support

This game was really good and I had played it for years. For the past year, things have gone down hill very fast. Game functions don’t work. Support is non existent, they send you to a support forum where there is no info or help. Then they stop responding to messages. Time for a new game.
Don't waste your time.

I have had this game for 4+ years. In the passed month n a half all events have been broken with no compensation. All events have been canceled again for this week and weekend. Going on 6 weeks now with broken content. No refunds. No fixes.

Been playing for years seen a lot of changes, right now the game is in a mess because things and events aren’t working like they should, the reason I give it 4 stars, if not for the past month of confusion and not working properly I would give it 5.
Only thing worse than the current state of the game is the support

Events barely work any more. You work at events and don’t get awarded the prizes. No response from tech support. Don’t waste your time and just move on. This is really the bottom of the barrel. Time to turn out the lights.

Don't bother. They won't let me play anymore. It takes three or more minutes to log in, then less than a minute of game time. I have contacted them for months and their wisdom is; reload the game. No pay, no play. Now they won't even respond to my requests. So be it. I don't need them.

I've been playing for a while; data for this app was taking up almost 7GB of space on my iPad. That's nuts! More than double what anything else was using. And the load time: half a minute every time. One word to the developers: cache. Just do it. I'm deleting the game and moving on. I can't afford the storage hit.

Can't do Tap on the guard tower, in Border guard complex. Facing similar problems in Enemy campment. If you can't fix the problem I won't change my review

I've been a player for 7+ years. The game initially was fun and required some strategy. The programmers have taken a different direction by allowing a players stats to be hyper-inflated. A player used to have "big" stats at say 300,000 attack and defense. Now, it's in the multiples of trillions. Loads of cheaters have broken in, MW money is not even worth pursuing as "gold" has become the leading currency by far. Lastly, purchasing "gold" is expensive. I am considering bailing on the game as many others already have done.
