Terrible

tellis100

Forced into using this garbage by my employer. Would rather use the native IOS mail app. Email+ woke me up several times last night alerting on each email received, even with mail alerts set to none. Very buggy and the only way to sleep was to disable all notifications at IOS level.

Bad

So bad.

One star

Doesn’t update one email at a time so if I get two I just get a notification that there are messages, not what they are or how many. Only updates when the app is open in the background. If I close the app I have to open it back up to manually check emails. Useless with an Apple Watch for email and calendar. Have been trying to get used to it for several months now and still a terrible app.

If your company is this, quit.

You are going to miss many critical emails and meetings relying on this application!

Needs Archive function and faster Move function

DNAbanker

Switched to this from Outlook, which I had switched to from Boxer. Really needs the option to “archive” (ie swipe or click to send to a preset folder, instead of just sending to trash). Also the “Move” function takes too many clicks - shouldn’t need to hit “Move” after having already selected the folder. Seems like small gripes but these absences prevents the ability to quickly deal with email.

Not able to attachments in calendar invites

RS Mukherjee

Exchange ActiveSync supports attachments in calendar invites. However Email+ does not yet support it. How long will it take for MobileIron to add the functionality?

Awful app

aekemmerer

IT managers, this is not a viable solution for your company. The functionality is terrible, alerts don’t come through when they should, attachments are difficult to manage, and there’s no ability to add the app as an option for quick sending photos or attachments. Avoid this. Executives, if your IT managers suggest this app as a solution, fire them on the spot. There’s nothing wrong with Apple’s native email app.

Excellent Application

D.Shaffer

Great interface, easy to use, good performance and never crashes. I use this application to securely interface with my work Outlook email.

Very basic.

App is just ok. Needs me to enter actual password (not fingerprint) every time I close and open the app. Need the MobileIron app to be always open to simply use fingerprint password. Does not prompt for emails if app is closed.

Horrifying Pit of Despair

Just Paying Bills

Am forced to use this for my job and it’s horrible. It constantly crashes, I have to reinstall every couple hours due to failures. Unfortunately, some con artist sold this trash heap to the Federal Government and now we are all forced to suffer.
