In the past I could log in easily and the app worked well. Earlier this year I had to delete ad reinstall the app. Now the app won’t let you open it without punching in a PIN every single time. Even though I already have a six digit PIN and thumb ID set up on my device. Huge pain in the butt to open the app. Once opened I have to force close and open a few times before I can do something simple like see my sent mail. Just terrible.
Ability to Search the inbox disappeared

Must be a tech issue but I am no longer able to use the search function in the inbox. When attempting to search my inbox for an email, the keyboard does not pull up so I cannot type.

Not sure if it is due to the latest IOS update or the app update, but my keyboard no longer pulls up when I click on the email search box. Extremely frustrating when trying to work mobile.
Notifications Do Not Work

I do not receive notifications unless I open up the app, even though it is set up correctly. I have to leave the app open on the screen to receive notifications. I never had this problem on my Android phone.

Would have given 0 stars if that was possible. Email app takes at least 20 seconds to open up. Push notification works like it’s the stone ages, notifying about new emails 10 minutes after they arrive. This platform is being used by so many big corporations throughout the country, I wonder how they get away by offering such poor service.

The worst email experience I’ve ever had. No notifications? It’s 2020, how could you not design an email all that gives you notifications when you get an email? Truly broken experience unfortunate tied to this by employer
