Stuck on ‘Optimizing Database’

I have tried restarting the phone, as well as clearing the background apps, but the ‘Optimizing Database’ screen doesn’t go away after Face ID verification when opening Email+. Please fix it. Not sure why companies still use MobileWork, tired of so many issues!
Using this app makes Apple Watch unusable

Forces you to change iOS password to 6 characters as a result the only way to view your watch is to unlock your phone. I asked iT if it was customizable ...was told no. Wish I could go back to the GOOD app, but no longer offered.

Since the update of iOS 12.3 my email will not load. It’s gets stuck on a configuration screen.

The actual interface is not very good at all. It looks and feels like something that’s probably 20 years old without any graphical updates. MobileIron strong suit appears to be Security, not app design. Make it look like Outlook Mobile or one of the other email apps and it probably wouldn’t be bad.

Email+ needs a “remove from calendar” option for meeting cancellation notices. Currently, I must go to Outlook Web Access to remove cancelled meetings from my calendar when I receive meeting cancellation notices. I would also like to see more real-time email delivery as opposed to synchronizing in the background a few times throughout the day.

Cannot customize signatures among many other bad things. One of the most frustrating email app I’ve ever used. I’m stuck with it because of our company’s policy. Keep saying that password is incorrect after OS 12.4 updates.
Searching emails

Where to begin. There is a lot wrong with the app. Since I am forced to use it for work can we start making the search engine better for finding emails. Such as searching by attachment, subject or persons name. There is a lot more I could say By organization and task.
Needs FACEID or TOUCHID for access!!!

Be prepared to enter your passwords 200 times a day because it doesn’t have simple support for password systems like faceID or Touch ID. This is insane to use without it and almost makes it a chore. UPDATE THIS WITH FACEID!!!

Doesn’t download all inboxes (sub-folders) unless I open each one of them! There’s no flexibility with attachments! When scrolling the inbox looking for old message the app starts lagging!
