Your requested have timed out is the message I'm receiving when trying to open the app. I currently have no viewing availability to my camera Please fix ASAP! It was working fine until an update occurred.

The old app was much better and more stable. You were also able to view different cameras on the 4 camera view now you can only view them in order meaning you can view 1-2-3-4 or 5-6-7-8. But not 1-4-7-8 which was great on the old app. This app continually crashes or times out when connecting and is very slow regardless what type of internet you use. Really giving thought to doing away with the entire system and going with something better
Broke IOS playback

This latest version broke play back from my EDR 2H14 on my iPhone 6s Plus. It used to work fantastic, the most I can get this app to do now is build an event list but when you select an event it will not play back. Time search does not work at all anymore. Don't release software versions until you test it.
Why do i loose My connection and have to reinstall?

Every time you fix a crash issue I lose my connection and I have to delete and start all over what's the deal??????
