Why wide screen?

When I view my cameras they all display in wide screen. That would be great if my cameras were wide screen, but they're 4:3 ratio not 16:9! Very disappointing.

Since the last update of the app, I've been unable to go back and watch video. I keep getting this error message "get session id failed"
Can't access after update

After app update I now get connection fail message and can not view my cameras. No way of uninstalling app.
Doesn't work on the go

I am a business manager and we use two different Everfocus devices. This app only works when I am at the business using the wifi. Doesn't work at home or away from the office, which kinda defeats the whole purpose.

Newest version won't let me view when I'm not on wi-fi. It has been working for years up until now. So disappointed!

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE fix the problem where event searches get lost after viewing an event! Do a motion search, view one recording, there is no way to go back to list of results. Makes event searches very frustrating.
