Can’t view remotely

Since this past Sunday I cannot view my cameras from any of my remote devices from home. I’m not sure what happened. None of my information has changed and everything is the same. How can I fix this issue?

With the latest update I can no longer view my cameras. Just does not connect. Please resolve ASAP!

Maybe the worse app EVER

This app doesn’t work at all. I’ve tried to use it for multiple properties, each with a different EF system. 0% success rate. I’ve also tried different devices/networks/etc. Do you really want your security to be in the hands of a company that isn’t tech savvy enough to handle a simple app? Security isn’t a joke. This app is. If something goes down and you’re using Everfocus, you’re up a certain creek. It’s irresponsible in the extreme that they sell this as a working product.

It spontaneously changed so that I can only see my cameras when connected to in-house WiFi, and now it won’t even let me do that. Horrible app. Always has problems. EverFocus is the worst security system.

Playback Difficult

One of the main reasons to have a security system is to quickly and easily playback scenes. This app makes it exceedingly difficult to find past activity and play it back. There is no graphical display to show when there is movement reported from a camera to quickly allow you select and playback those portions. The user interface on this product is surprisingly bad and everfocus doesn’t seem to care to fix it.
