Agree with the the other comments. Was a good app until App crashed after update on i phone and i pad. No way to get a live person to assist in the problem. What do we do now.
App crashed and I can't monitor my store

I have had a couple of issues with this app. First, it sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. The request times out A LOT and I'm unable to view my store. This will go on for hours and sometimes the whole day. Secondly, 3 days ago, it crashed, so I have been unable to view my store. 3 days is a long time for a crash!

Please fix! Just delete fix and go back to October update. How will we know when you have crash fixed?

Equipment is useless without mobile access. Pay for my equipment and all losses sustained. Go back to old app for App store until you fix this mess.
Its still crashing
