I ordered my first set of 12 Mixtiles last month. One showed up with minor damage so I emailed the company and promptly heard back detailing what my options were - replacement mailed to me free of charge or refund my cc. As a busy mom of 3, I forgot to respond to them. Within a week they checked back in with me to see how I’d like to resolve the problem. That’s what all customer service should be like. I already placed my second order last week.

Ive been ordering mixtiles for awhile and I love the outcome of the pictures. The only reason they didn’t get a five because lately the actual dimensions of the tiles are different but otherwise I absolutely recommend mixtiles!!!

I ordered a set of 4 first to try this out and was happy with the result. Then, I went ahead and ordered another 24. Unfortunately, most of them are not very impressive. The way the photograph is tucked into the frame has bulges and it looks bad when light falls on it at an angle (which is always the case due to ceiling lights). I am not happy with the over all result as I can’t enjoy the photos due to the skewed faces thanks to the bulges. Though they do stick and restick as per the claim and are easy to move around, so that definitely is something.

You’ll love your Mixtiles! Very easy to hang- takes away my fear of hanging- just remove and replace if you get it crooked! The images are sharp with true color. Get some Mixtiles!
